Marcas offers a range of workshops - both literary and linguistic - to suit the needs of your group or organisation. Previous clients have included the Highland LGBTQ Writers Group, Moniack Mhòr and Historic Environment Scotland.

Marcas workshops are multifaceted and feature a wide range of literary texts in both languages as well as visual imputuses and resources.

Perhaps your interest is in perceiving the world through a Gaelic-speaking lens, or understanding the Gaelic colour spectrum. Marcas also uses the wealth of Gaelic-origin place-names as a source of inspiration. Other excercises reflect the symbiosis of self and environment, looking at how the body is used within a Gaelic consciousness to articulate place and space.
